If you purchase a product, join a paid session, or sign up for a digital course, limited payment and contact details will be processed securely by Stripe. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS security standards and does not share your full payment information with me.

The website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides secure data storage and encryption. Both the newsletter signup form and the contact form are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect certain technical data such as your IP address and user interaction data to determine whether the user is human. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you join the Focus Mode Community or access online resources, your information is processed by Skool, a GDPR-compliant platform that provides secure data storage and community management tools.

In accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also contact me directly at admin@mattjacksonphotos.com to exercise your data rights.
