Welcome to Matt Jackson Photography. By booking a London Photography Walk, a Photography Call, or any other photography session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

These sessions are designed to be relaxed, educational and enjoyable, while maintaining fairness and clarity for both parties. Please read carefully before completing your booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable, as each walk, call or coaching session is planned and prepared specifically for you.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, I will always try to offer an alternative date, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full reschedule will be offered at no extra cost.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Session Details

Photography walks take place in public spaces. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all participants take part voluntarily and are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.

I hold full public liability insurance, covering any injury or damage caused by my actions or equipment. This does not cover general accidents or incidents outside of my control, such as trips, falls or damage to personal equipment.

Please bring suitable footwear, clothing and camera gear for the conditions on the day.

A Participant Form will be sent to you after booking and must be completed before your scheduled session. This confirms your understanding of safety, insurance and participation terms.

All Photography Calls (including coaching, portfolio reviews or educational calls) follow the same refund and cancellation policy as the photography walks. Calls are delivered via an agreed online platform and are non-refundable once booked. Reschedules may be offered at my discretion.

Photography Rights

All images you capture during your session remain your property.

Any behind-the-scenes photographs or video footage taken by me will only be used for promotional or educational purposes with your consent.

Privacy & Data

Your contact details are collected solely for the purpose of communication, scheduling and session delivery.

I will never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Agreement

By completing checkout or signing the participant form, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
